Welcome to Kaze (pronounced Kahz-ay) Fitness! Here, I will be dumping upon you the troves of knowledge and wisdom that I have acquired from my own personal journeys of attainment. I say "journeys", because over the years I've strived for various ideas of the ideal body type. To this day it continues to change with the seasons. Despite the shifting image of vanity that I attempt to manifest, there is consistency. A consistent desire to be the best I can be, by utilizing the means and resources at my disposal. There are many out there who have a very black and white view of fitness, and what it means to them. Many look to the bodybuilding greats. Espousing the notion that if you're not following the traditional methods of the pros, then you're wasting your time. I imagine this has caused a great many to give up on fitness altogether. Muscle bound idols on the net have come to prominence. Sporting juiced physiques and super human shred, claiming to be "natural". They shamelessly promote phony philosophies and supplements, knowing that without a needle, there is no way you will even begin to compare. For those who take their word as gospel, the only thing that will be making gains is their idol's bank account. I digress, this is all common knowledge.. At least it should be. The fitness industry thrives on the ignorance of it's aspirants. In a way, you can't blame its stars for capitalizing. They have made quite a sacrifice after all. Ultimately, sacrificing their health for an incredible appearance of fitness, and temporary boost of strength. Using steroids is something that I do not personally do, nor recommend. If your idea of fitness is limited to an image that is unrealistic to achieve without them, then I'd request that you look inside yourself and check your priorities. My idea of fitness is long term. Long term health, long term well being, and long term strength. Strength that grows with the raging fire of the burning desire within your beating heart. The desire to improve, to overcome stagnation. True fitness takes time and consistence, but there's plenty of triumphs along the way. For those that have been putting it off, the faster you get started the better. We'll take it step by step, beginning with the next entry.
