Fitness 4 Life

It's been a while since I've posted, but I haven't abandoned the cause. I'm glad people from all over the world are still reading the articles of which I poured any knowledge I had on building a strong healthy body.

As of 2017 fitness is still a big part of my life and always will be. It's amazing how once you've put in the work for long enough the benefits will stick with you, provided you do it in a chemical free and healthy way. No short cuts, just pure training, good eating, and the aspects of Five Point Fitness that I've stressed in the philosophy.

It's important to remember that we are all at different levels and have different goals. My goals now are much different than they were when I was actively writing this blog. As I stated in the beginning, my idea of ideal fitness is prone to change over time. Things that are important to some are not so important to others, and things that are obvious to others, some have yet to learn.

I hope that folks will continue to come across this and that those who do will find it beneficial. I still use the methods outlined, some more then others. Use what works for you, but consider the whole. If you don't like doing something because you feel your bad at it, perhaps that's the first thing you should work on.

While most people are reminiscing their prime as if it has come and gone, by following the guidelines on this blog your prime can be a mountain that continues to grow the higher you climb until its peaks reach into the heavens.
